Die Elektropopper von YACHT präsentieren eine neues Musikvideo. So wurde der Song "Beam Me Up" aus dem aktuellen Album " Shangri-La " in einer Laser Tag-Arena verfilmt. Der Soundtrack gibt sich entsprechend zukunfts-apokalyptisch, wenn Sängerin Claire Evans mit Siouxsie Sioux -Attitüde – unterstützt von rockigen Gitarren und Synthies – auf dem futuristischen Schlachtfeld singt. Portland electronica outfit Yacht have recently remade French avant-garde singer Brigitte Fontaine’s off-hand 1969 acoustic song ‘Le Goudron.’ The dancehall-ish remake, which you can stream or download below, also features a video with Claire Evans playing the part of Fontaine, in a strobe-lit discotheque.
