Another Bed: The Twilight SadIt takes all but the hardest heart not to be swayed by the Twilight Sad. Armed with a trademark wall-of-sonics and James Graham’s cathartic vocals, they’re three albums into a career as one of Scotland’s most important bands. The latest, ‘No One Can Ever Know’, sees them turn their back on familiar ways to experiment with glassy synths and a new lyrical stand-point – resulting in a sparser, darker record with traces of Cabaret Voltaire and Joy Division around the edges. Los Campesinos! On LettermanLos Campesinos! breezed onto the Late Show with David Letterman last week, check out their performance below. 'Hello Sadness' was a strange beast. Released last year, the third album from Los Campesinos! found the Cardiff based indie troupe coming of age. Lyrically, the album was more direct and personal than ever before - some feat, given the nature of their previous material. Somehow, 'Hello Sadness' has become a sleeper hit, with Los Campesinos! being buoyed by overwhelming critical praise. Rusko Plans New Album, TourRusko is set to follow the release of new album 'Songs' with a short British tour. Rusko gets a bad press. The British producer began his career by releasing a string of underground cuts, which seemed to push dubstep in a new machismo oriented direction. Finding enormous success in America, the producer has been hailed / damned as the inventor of Bro-step. Recently lashing out at the genre, Rusko has now confirmed plans for a new studio album. Los Campesinos! Hit The RoadCardiff based indie collective Los Campesinos! have announced plans to play a full British tour this March. Los Campesinos! seem to have come of age. A dose of the broken hearts has transformed the band into a much more direct, mature and adult experience, resulting in their quite sublime recent album 'Hello Sadness'.
