Halifax Pop Explosion Lineup Announced08/24/10 4:23pm by Kate Harper (CHARTattack) Sloan, GWAR, The New Pornographers, The Hold Steady and Tokyo Police Club are among the acts that will play this year's Halifax Pop Explosion. The festival takes place Oct. 19 to 23, and features more than 135 acts performing at over 18 venues throughout the city. Basia Bulat, C'Mon, The Casualties, The Golden Dogs, Great Lake Swimmers, Handsome Furs, The Pack A.D., My Brightest Diamond, Young Rival and The Superfantastics will also play.
