Magnetic Fields give us Andrew in Drag (vide ..If you love the arch humour and droll delivery of the Magnetic Fields, then you’re going to enjoy their new track ‘Andrew in Drag’. It’s about falling in love with a crossdressing man but, and here’s the twist, he only did it as a joke and you’ll never see him/her again. The video features a man and a woman preening and preparing as they both crossdress, so prepare to be amused and hopefully a little bit confused. Esteemed composer Philip Glass , who is celebrating his 75th birthday this year, has curated a star-studded lineup including Lou Reed , James Blake , Antony Hegarty and Stephin Merritt of the Magnetic Fields . LUX Unveils Cover of BLACK TAMBOURINE Song " ..The Seattle-based duo Lux counts Velvet Underground, Magnetic Fields and Jesus & Mary Chain among its significant influences. Lesser names have impressed the band as well, including influential late-80's / early-90's twee-pop band, Black Tambourine.
