Pearl Jam Confirms Appearance at Jay-Z’s Mad ..While it’s not the full-on tour of America Pearl Jam fans have been waiting for, this afternoon the band has confirmed they will perform at Jay-Z’s Made In America festival, an event the high-profile rapper is curating which will be held at Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park on September 1 and 2. We’re still waiting for a full artist announcement, but Pearl Jam’s note includes word that they will be joined on the bill at the two-day music festival by Passion Pit, Dirty Projectors and soul savior D’Angelo as well as Jay himself.
