Shiner to Play Reunion Shows for Re-Release ..According to a couple of tweets , Shiner is in the planning stages of a reunion tour around a vinyl re-release of 2001's The Egg . Allen Epley (The Life and Times) mentioned the reunion to a fan, which was later confirmed by Josh Newton (Every Time I Die, From Autumn To Ashes). Shiner to reunite and re-release 'The Egg' ..Kansas City post-hardcore act Shiner will be reuniting, according to a Twitter update from guitarist Josh Newton . While the post contains no details as to when, merely saying the band would be playing "a few shows," he also states that the band's 2001 album, The Egg will be getting a vinyl reissue. Shiner was active from 1992 until they split in 2003. Members went on to play in Every Time I Die , The Damned Things , The Life and Times , and others.
