Disco Biscuits: City Bisco @ Mann Music Cent ..This has been an extremely quiet year for the Disco Biscuits , who performed at Mayan Holidaze in January and are scheduled to headline their Camp Bisco festival this summer, but until today that was the only planned gigs for the jamtronica pioneers. That changed this afternoon with the announcement of City Bisco , a two-day event scheduled for October 5 and 6 at the Mann Music Center in the band’s hometown of Philadelphia.
