South By Southwest announced today the third round of bands for its 2012 festival. Acts from the announcement include Blouse, Teengirl Fantasy, Lucero, PUJOL and Psychic Ills. SXSW 2012 will take place from March 13-18 and will again be centered around the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas.
