News: Something For Kate Off To Dallas For A ..Six years on since the chart-topping Desert Lights , Something For Kate will finally head back into the studio again. The trio – Paul Dempsey, Stephanie Ashworth and Clint Hyndman – will imminently depart for Dallas, Texas, where they will begin work on their sixth studio album, to be released locally on Capitol/EMI Music Australia in late-2012. It’ll be recorded with US producer John Congleton, who’s worked on records by Explosions In The Sky, St Vincent, Okkervil River and Modest Mouse. Beach House sounds & looks comatose on anoth ..Whenever u say the name ' Beach House ', ppl are automatically like 'they are s0 beautaful and majestic.' It's generally true, but I watched this clip of them on Jools Holland (the UK Jimmy Fallon ) and it seems like they are sorta 'dead' on stage, or maybe in a medically induced coma. It's too dark 2 know if they are passionately playing. Maybe they are nervous? Maybe they feel as though their music took a step backwards on this album, and they wish they were playing Teen Dream ? 4AD Music and Art Auctioned for CharityA collection of 4AD music and artwork is being auctioned on eBay to raise money for Natasha Laflin , a British artist and illustrator who suffered a near fatal bain aneurysm in 2008. Funds will go towards helping Laflin move from a care-home back in with her family. Read more about her life here .
