Live Review: Groovin' The Moo Festival - Can ..Arriving in sunny Canberra around 10.30am, it was a shock to the senses when exiting the car at The Meadows on the grounds of the University of Canberra. Festival goers were treated to a taste of temperatures of around 9 degrees (I checked) with a wonderful, icy breeze thrown in for good measure - welcome to Canberra in autumn! The cold weather in mind, I still find it both confusing and humourous that there were punters dressed in shorts, singlets and all number of summer clothing items. Live Review: Groovin' The Moo - Maitland Sho ..The only issue I have with Groovin' The Moo is having to get up real early on a Saturday morning to drive up the coast from Sydney. For the third year in a row I'm doing it hungover. One day I'll learn! How did we miss this track, which dropped a few months ago? San Cisco’s “Awkward” is simple, upbeat and actually really cute. The exchange between male and female vocals lends a nice mix to an otherwise classic set up. The song holds a steady beat throughout, leaving little room for any build ups or break downs. It includes Lana Del Rey, Jack White, Smashing Pumpkins, a reformed Afghan Whigs, as well as Bloc Party and At The Drive-In in their only Australian appearances.
