NZCA / LINES Album DueNZCA / LINES are set to release their self-titled debut album through LOAF on February 27th. It's important to set your heights high. Thundercat: "For Love I Come" (Lapalux Flip) ..After time with both the Suicidal Tendencies and Sa-Ra Creative Partners, bassist/composer Stephen "Thundercat" Bruner made his solo debut last month with The Golden Age of Apocalypse . One of its finest moments came via a reinterpretation of George Duke's "For Love (I Come Your Friend)." Thundercat's version, "For Love I Come," took the tune into outer space, thanks in part to the co-production from his Brainfeeder label boss, Flying Lotus. And today, we have a sampling of what Husayn has brought to the EP.
