Tramlines festival announce new additions, i ..2011 Best Metropolitan Festival award winners at the 2011 Festival Awards, Tramlines , has announced that UK house artist Roska and Ifan Daffyd have officially now been added to their lineup. The festival is scheduled for July 20th through to the 22nd throughout various venues in Sheffield and other acts you can see at the festival are Roots Manuva, xxxy, Jackmaster, Benga, Ms Dynamite, Toddla T and Charli XCX. New acts also attending the festival are Leeds producer Bwana, Theme Park, Raf Daddy from The 2 Bears and former Radio 1 DJ Grooverider. Funkystepz - Royal Rumble [EP]Diversity isn't a quality often attributed to Funkystepz releases. They're more known for exploiting typical London, funky sounds and 4x4 drum patterns; and, most importantly, doing it well. The Royal Rumble EP, however, seems to have something a little extra. It is still undoubtedly a trademark, bassline, dancefloor release; but in areas the production does seem to surpass orthodox templates, with an impressive subtlety.
