Mad Men paid mad dollar to use a Beatles tra ..On May 6th, for the first time in television history, an original recording of a Beatles track was licensed for use in a television show, which was AMC's 'Mad Men'. The track was 'Tomorrow Never Knows' and according to The Wall Street Journal, cost Lionsgate, the studio in charge of the show's production, a quarter of a million dollars to use.
