Goldroom with Chela - ‘Fifteen’ Caught in so ..Goldroom with Chela - ‘Fifteen’ Caught in some kind of unsuspecting undercurrent, I seem to be getting sucked back into chillwave. Maybe this isn’t chillwave, maybe it’s just the original tidal subsiding, but it has all the best aspects of the washed out scene - bubbling synths, filtered vocals, a hazy melody and a sunny disposition. Goldroom is Josh Legg from LA who dabbles primarily in remixes as a side-project from NightWaves. ‘Fifteen’ is his debut original composition as Goldroom for which he recruited Australian singer Chela who pours troubled-teen emotion into a gloriously dizzying pop jam.
