Boston's alternative weekly newspaper The Phoenix has published a list of the 100 Best Emo Songs of All-Time , according to their staff of music writers. The list, which is sure to be controversial, includes classic bands such as Fugazi , Embrace , and The Promise Ring , as well as modern acts like My Chemical Romance and Panic at the Disco .
