With music videos like those for "Howlin' for You," "Lonely Boy" and "Tighten Up" -- and, really, their interviews -- the Black Keys obviously have a pretty keen sense of humor, about themselves and the biz on the whole. Just saw this video posted over at Chime.in's music discovery page and I have to say it was not what I was expecting at all. The video starts off looking like it's some sort of joke with an old Australian lady feeding her kangaroos while talking about how great The Black Keys are. Next thing you know, Deb "Spoons" Perry puts on her thighpad, a surgical glove with some strings attached and proceeds to bang out a perfect rendition of " Lonely Boy " with her silver spoons while completely rocking out and dancing along to the song. In support of her Rockin' Spoons Numbers Series, Deb 'Spoons' Perry has taken a liking to that little American band some are calling The Black Keys and from their 2011 album El Camino_ she has covered track "Lonely Boy"... with spoons.

Sorry, Ke$ha peeing on the street. You have competition! Prefix : Australia often seems like a bizarro world, where things that seem crazy elsewhere or totally normal there (like kangaroos, for instance).
