Brad Oberhofer 's emotional, ramshackle pop first caught our attention with 2010's "Away Frm U" . He's since signed a deal with the Glassnote label, home to the likes of Phoenix and Kele, where he'll release his debut full-length Time Capsules II on March 27. Oberhofer hones his formula on the album's grandiose opening track, "HEART", which makes use of some sparkling keys and orchestral strings.
