Tour Dates: Justin Townes Earle Heads Out ..With all the accolades and critical acclaim that came with the release of his 2010 record Harlem River Blues , such as taking home the Americana Music Award for Song Of The Year for the album’s title track, Justin Townes Earle continued to battle the personal demons that come along with his substance abuse issues. Townes Earle’s issues led to a rather unfortunate and ugly incident after a gig and he postponed tour dates to re-enter rehab.
