Sure, Moby may live in a castle in the Hollywood hills, as recently revealed in an article in the New York Times ' "Home & Garden" section. (Among other luxuries, a hidden room in the house once served as a tiki bar, complete with a fake crass ceiling.) But that doesn't mean that he's forgotten how to get down and dirty. A few weeks back, Moby reached out to a crew of Berlin promoters, interested in playing a proper, underground rave. They not only hooked him up; they managed to put together an event of epic proportions, held in a former city bath in the neighborhood of Wedding, with a lineup including Fresh Meat, Jason Forrest , Kuedo , Lando Kal , Maxximus , Paul Spymania, Sam Barker , Shir Khan , Strobocop, and further DJs from crews like Leisure System and Greco-Roman . The video above captures what the vibe of the night was like; the kind of thing that reminds you, hey—the underground really is alive and well ...
