Since 2010, the Sierra Leone-born "King of Bubu"  Janka Nabay  has been performing with his Brooklyn band,  the Bubu Gang , which includes members of Gang Gang Dance, Zs, and Skeletons. Following the group's  An Letah EP for True Panther earlier this year, they'll release a debut American full-length,  En Yay Sah , out August 7 via David Byrne's  Luaka Bop  label. SXSW – Friday, March 16 Ominous tones suffuse the corner of Red River and Sixth this afternoon. At the no-longer-named Emo’s Annex, the New England Metal and Hardcore Festival is in full swing.
