3 Doors Down guitarist Matt Roberts has announced his departure from the band due to heath reasons. Chet Roberts, guitarist Chris Henderson's former guitar tech, will take over for Roberts on the band's upcoming "Gang of Outlaws" tour with ZZ Top and Gretchen Wilson .
