News: M+N Presents Cameras East-Coast Tour ..Bespectacled Sydney four-piece Cameras will embark on an east-coast tour in support of debut album In Your Room in July. Presented by M+N , the band’s tour will include three consecutive shows in Melbourne, including a launch at The Workers Club, as well as dates in Sydney, Byron and Brisbane. The band will play Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane and Sydney next month in support of new single ‘Second Day Uptown’. News: M+N Presents Founds, Fire! Santa Rosa, ..Brisbane pop sextet Founds (pictured right) and Adelaide’s Fire! Santa Rosa, Fire! will hit the road together next month. The acts, which bonded over a musical kinship at the Peats Ridge Music & Arts Festival over New Year’s Eve, will play the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne and Adelaide over three weekends in June. Tim Rogers ‘I Got ..A haunted white weatherboard house somewhere between Victoria and NSW provides the setting for the recent Tim Rogers-Bamboos collaboration ‘I Got Burned’. Writing on his blog , director Kess Broekman-Dattner said the clip “demanded a low built, timber country home, the sort two couple might have made were they very much in love. 60 odd years ago”. News: The Laurels Sign To Rice Is NiceSydney’s The Laurels have joined the likes of Richard In Your Mind, Seeake, Donny Benet and Straight Arrows at boutique indie Rice Is Nice. The deal will see the release of the band’s long-awaited debut album in the second half of 2012.
