Zach Galifianakis Special 'Between Two Ferns ..You know, we were just wondering when we might get another installment of Zach Galifianakis' hilariously awkward, Funny Or Die talk show "Between Two Ferns" and it looks like he's gonna make up for some lost time. Scott Aukerman announced on his "Comedy Bang Bang" podcast today (via Vulture) that Comedy Central will present "Between Two Ferns: A Fairytale Of New York" next month. Awesome. This is one inexorably torturous journey for someone slowly and not very subtly spontaneously combusting - and it is pure joy. This is what the Cenobites mean in Hellraiser , not that fucking box and the barb wire and the flaying of flesh!! Dreamdecay has tapped into that early Swans era that is utterly, unforgivably nihilistic, endeavouring to rend all matter asunder. This kind of brutality is not done often enough. Adam Marshall "Ferns (XI Remix)"Toronto native Adam Marshall (pictured above) has been active on the techno scene since the late '90s, more recently starting up the New Kanada imprint in 2006 to put out his own works as well as fine productions from artists like Tolga Fidan, Basic Soul Unit, and The Mole. The next release on that label will be a four-track EP of Marshall's latest production work, from which "Ferns" was taken and subsequently remixed by fellow Toronto tunesmith XI .
