The initial lineup for the 2012 Austin City Limits Music Festival has been revealed and features headliners the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Neil Young and Crazy Horse, The Black Keys and Jack White. We're intrigued, mesmerized in fact by Brooklyn based Dev Hynes aka Blood Orange 's remix/re-work of Florence + Machine 's Never Let Me Go . Mind you, this is our favourite track off of Ceremonials so it's no mean feat working us up like this. He basically takes all the bombastic moments and flips them inside out revealing the softer, more tender innards. Wow. His added vocals are so endearing and complements Flo's vocie amazingly. Dev Hynes occasionally goes by “Blood Orange” and puts together gripping remixes like the one below. “Never Let Me Go” was arguably my favorite track off of Florence’s most recent album Ceremonials, but Mr. Hynes straight flipped it on it’s head.
