Billboard reports that influential reggae producer Winston Riley died in Jamaica last week of complications from gun shot wounds, at age 65. As a singer with the group the Techniques in the 1960s, Riley had hits with such songs as "Queen Majesty" and "You Don't Care". He later went on to produce a number of reggae hits, including Johnny Osbourne and the Sensations' "Who You Gonna Run To", Sister Nancy's "Bam Bam", and Tenor Saw's "Ring the Alarm".
