Briefly: Bonnaroo 2012 Superjam to Feature ? ..A tradition that dates back to the first Bonnaroo in 2002 will continue this year at the 11th installment of Superfly and AC Entertainment’s famed festival. Roots drummer ?uestlove, who participated in the 2007 edition of the Superjam along with Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones and guitar wizard Ben Harper, is the first performer to be confirmed for the Bonnaroo 2012 Superjam. Rose Tattoo-Live in 1993 from Boggo Road Jai ..MVD Visual 2012 What was going on in the music world in 1993? Seems like there was a bunch of grunge and alternative bands moving to the forefront of the scene over here. However one music event of note was taking place on the other side of the world. Rose Tattoo had reformed to open for Guns -n- Roses and they also played at an event to celebrate the closing of the Boggo Road Jail. This DVD is from that show. What a show it is. The Cult: "Choice of Weapon" (album review) ..Let's face it, you pretty much know what you're going to get with every new album from The Cult . They have a hard rock sound that is all their own. They've honed it over the years, but much like AC/DC there have been no real radical changes from the beginning. That should tell you most of what you need to know about their new record Choice of Weapon , but I'll go on anyway.
