A reunion of the original lineup of UK rockers 10cc has moved a little closer. Former drummer and vocalist Kevin Godley has agreed to join the band for their 40th anniversary at London's Royal Albert Hall on May 10. The 2012 lineup of 10cc features fellow original member Graham Gouldman with Paul Burgess, Rick Fenn, Mick Wilson and Mike Stevens. Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood and U2's The Edge have thrown their weight behind a new app-based music-sharing service. WholeWorldBand has been jointly developed by 10cc's Kevin Godley and Andy Wood from Hypergallery and Cubic Motion, and allows musicians to share their work online. Godley calls it "a revolutionary new online music tool that provides a new platform for distribution while offering the opportunity of new revenue streams for up and coming and established musicians, bands and, in fact, anyone."
